Business Roundtable brings together 27 producers
The Business Roundtable of the fourth version of the Community Fair brought together 27small producers in rural and urban areas of Cochabamba and La Paz. Economic movement was achieved in excess of $ 15 000.
The national coordinator of the Community Fair Rural Development Ministry of Land, Renato Montana, said the Business Roundtable is intended that small producers in rural areas have access to the raw material distributors at discounted prices, in this way avoid speculation.
Producers who participated in the Business Roundtable are: Asfrutar, Extrucerebol, TuniBartolina Sisa Association, Defeflor and others.
Participated in food items like fruits, dairy, tubers were also flowers, farmers and more.
“We want the small rural producers in the area regarding market access,” said Montano.
This is the fourth version management and the business itself was held in Santa Cruz, Oruro and Potosi. There were crafts and agricultural businesses.
After the Business Roundtable held yesterday in Cochabamba closed the cycle of community fairs and, according to the evaluation of the results will be the possibility of continuing the project.
